Oops, more butter love.  If you can't travel yet - yes Covid I'm looking at you - at least you could take the time on a weekend to set the table for brunch with thick toast, fresh jam and a 30g beautifully moulded piece of butter and a good strong coffee or tea.
 
To use the German made one-piece molds (leaves butter smooth and seamless), soak in ice cold water for 30 min, then add butter and chill. Turn over and molded butter drops out.
 
Patterns may vary. To prevent molds from cracking, coat mold with food-safe mineral oil after every use.
