Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We want to keep shipping as simple and easy as possible. For all orders except furniture and large items shipping is charged at a flat rate or free if your order total is over $150. For furniture or large bulk items we will contact you to provide a quote for shipping.
Orders are shipped from our studio in Canowindra in Central West NSW within 3 working days of your order. Each order will be shipped via Australia Post standard delivery and is trackable with a tracking number we will provide to you.
Sometimes things go wrong despite everyone's best efforts. If you receive your items and it is faulty or defective please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 0412 344 701 or email welcome@studio2804.com.au so that we can sort out a return or replacement for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We require proof of purchase for all returns, refunds or exchanges of faulty products. Please supply your order receipt and or email confirmation of your paid order so that we can process your request.
If you have changed your mind we are happy to organise a refund or exchange of product as long as we hear from you within 24 hours of your purchase. The following conditions apply:
You have provided proof of purchase
The item is in original condition, tags and labels are still attached, in original packaging, has not been used in any way and is in saleable condition.
After 24 hours you still have the option of returning the goods to us for an exchange or credit note.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on our vintage items which are sold in "as is condition" as they are used one off pieces.
We will also only offer a refund on the following items if they are found to be faulty, no exchange will be offered:
Furniture
Soft furnishings (but not limited to) throws, cushions, rugs
Sale items
Gift cards
Personalised products
Personal care Items
How to return your items
Please send us an email to welcome@studio2804 with details of the items you are returning and the reason you are returning your purchase. If the item is being returned due to being faulty please include any images of the damage.

Once we have received your email and approved your return please send items to Studio 2804 PO Box 138 Canowindra NSW. 2804. Please include your proof of purchase documents.

We will inspect your return and email you to let you know we have your item back at our store. We will notify you of your approval or rejections of your refund. If approved we will process your refund to your original method of payment or preferred option.

Please use tracking when returning your item and consider insurance as well if it is valued at over $50 as we are unable to guarantee we will receive your item.
